Please fill out our repair request form, and we will contact you to follow up. After submitting this form, a copy will be emailed to the email address you provided and a copy will be sent to California Precision Service, Inc. Please do NOT include any form of Credit Card information as this is NOT a secure form of communication for such information.

VERY IMPORTANT! IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE CONTACT INFORMATION WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT IT WILL BE LOST UNTIL YOU CONTACT US!

We have been receiving increased amounts of equipment with absolutely no contact information. When this happens we shelve it and wait until someone calls us as we have no way to contact the customer. In some cases, after enough time has lapsed, the equipment is disposed. Don’t lose your equipment. Include a copy of your Repair Request Form EVERY TIME.

We are only Authorized to repair items under Nikon's Original 1-Year Warranty (extended warranties are excluded). If you have an extended warranty, please refer to your warranty card for directions on obtaining warranty repair.
You must provide a copy of the Proof of Purchase (receipt) clearly showing the item purchased, the date purchased and the store that it was purchased from with your equipment. We DO accept emailed receipts (ie: Amazon, B&H Photo, Adorama, etc.). We MUST have the receipt prior to any repairs being performed, otherwise we must charge for the repair. Absolutely no receipts are accepted after the repairs are complete.
